FAQ

Any Question?

Ask Me
How do I book an appointment with Dr. Mounika?

Pick a day and time in the booking form above, or call the clinic directly. The clinic will confirm your slot.

What should I bring to my first consultation?

Previous chest X-rays, CT scans, blood reports and discharge summaries, along with every medicine and inhaler you currently use.

When does a cough need a specialist?

A cough lasting more than three weeks should be checked, and sooner if there is blood, fever or weight loss.

Is a lung function test painful?

No. You breathe in fully and blow out hard into a mouthpiece. It takes a few minutes and you can go home straight after.

What happens during a bronchoscopy?

A thin flexible camera is passed into the airways, usually under sedation and local anaesthetic. Most people go home the same day.
